A pint of Guinness? A shot of Jameson? Bloody Mary? Of course not!The best St. Patty’s Day cocktail is a good lean green detoxifying juice! A good green “cocktail” is just what the doctor will order after a night of Jameson and Guinness! Green juices are extremely nutritious and powerful.

Green Power

Green Power

Green juices alkalize your body which helps to reduce inflammation and your risk of chronic diseases. And as an added bonus they can help you shed a few pounds. They are rich in powerful vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other vital phytonutrients which are essential for optimal health. Green juices also supply the vital ingredients that your liver and cells need to properly detoxify.

We live in an extremely toxic environment.  When our body reaches maximal toxic load and can no longer properly detox then chronic disease takes hold. So after this St. Patty’s Day be sure to follow the lead of the Leprechaun and have a delicious and nutritious green juice! Here is a fantastic green juice recipe.  I’m not one on measuring so feel free to adjust the amounts to fit your tastes.

  • Handful Of Cilantro
  • 1-2 Cucumbers
