Simple Yet Effective Tip To Ease Muscle Tension and Pain

Hey There,

Relieving Muscle Tension

Today I would like to reveal a simple yet effective tip to help you ease muscle tension and pain that builds up in your neck, shoulders and upper back.

All you need for this is a tennis ball, an open wall space and maybe a long sock (you won’t need the sock if you’ve got tennis ball talent :) ).

Trust me, it may sound crazy but this simple technique works.

Take a look around and you will see that more and more people are sitting at computers and looking down at cell phones which is causing poor posture. This pain provoking forward flexed posture is resulting in increased stress and tension in the muscles of the neck, shoulders and upper back.

In this short video from my office in Hainesport, I will share one simple technique that only requires a tennis ball that will help you better manage your muscle pains at home and in the office.

So go ahead and click on the video below and please leave a comment below to let me know your thoughts.

This web guy I know says it’s good for your “rankings” if people LIKE and SHARE your stuff. So please help me make my web guy happy.

More importantly I LOVE to interact and to keep the conversation going so please leave a comment and share this with others.
